Job Title: Head TMD

Designation: Senior Manager

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Partnerships: Build relationships with senior business leaders to offer thought leadership on organizational and people related strategy and execution
  2. Goal Setting and Tracking: Set and track goals, complete appraisals, prepare pre-TC decks, and track actions from TCs
  3. People Planning: Consult with leaders to create a comprehensive people plan to influence lasting change in the business
  4. Business Propositions: Work with cross-functional SME teams to create useful propositions for your business in areas like talent acquisition, career planning, performance management, coaching, data analysis, employee connect, learning & development, recognition programs, and rewards
  5. Data Analysis: Use and request data strategically - identify and surface trends in both qualitative and quantitative data to help improve organizational health and take informed decisions regarding succession planning and career growth
  6. Talent Pool: Devise deep connects and understanding of people in the business to maintain a healthy pool of talent and succession for all critical roles
  7. AOP Planning: Understand making AOP as per the business requirements

Education Qualification:

  • MBA in HR

Total Experience:

  • 5-8 years

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong HR experience across talent management, employee engagement & retention
  • Ability to work in constraints
  • Comfortable with ambiguity; problem-solving skills required
  • Excellent communication skills to build relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders
