Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager to join our team.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth running of plant machinery and equipment, as well as overseeing the maintenance department to meet planned production targets with desired quality within time.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To manage maintenance activities, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency of machines and equipment.
  • To plan and execute comprehensive preventive, predictive, and shutdown maintenance programs of machines.
  • To design and recondition machine control panels.
  • To procure and maintain spares, analyze breakdowns, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • To train and guide the maintenance crew in troubleshooting, modifying circuits, and mechanisms.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • At least 15-20 years of experience in a maintenance department, preferably in manufacturing industries.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and contribute to strategic planning.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP and Oracle.

Additional Information:

Candidates must have hands-on experience with PLC-based special-purpose machines, utilities, hydraulic and mechanical presses, material handling equipment, ovens, and furnaces. The ideal candidate will be proficient in designing and reconditioning machine control panels, procuring and maintaining spares, analyzing breakdowns, and implementing corrective and preventive actions. They should also have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as the ability to work independently and contribute to strategic planning.
