About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Housekeeping Director to oversee the cleanliness and presentation of our guest rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead a team of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient room cleaning and maintenance schedules are met, driving excellence in quality control and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify any cleaning or maintenance issues, implementing corrective actions promptly to prevent downtime and maintain operational efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure consistency and quality across all areas.
  • Elevate compliance with health and safety regulations and policies to minimize risk and protect guests and staff.
  • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, making recommendations for improvements as needed to optimize resource utilization.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality management preferred for enhanced leadership capabilities.
