Civil Engineer

General maintenance and civil work related to all units and corporate office
Prepare cost estimates budgets and work timetables
Report work progress and budget matters to clients
Quality inspection and Procedure submitting
Collaborate with architects, engineers and other construction specialists
Select, schedule and coordinate subcontractor activities.
Respond to work delays, emergencies and other problems.
Comply with legal requirements building and safety codes and other regulations
Assisting and coordinating to GM Facility for Liaisoning with Government Departments.
Draft building plan & finalizing with proper approval
Responsible to maintain good relationship with colleagues and team
Responsibility of STP, Water supply management & documentation of the same to be reported to Sr. Manager electrical & Maintenance.
Twice in a month work progress report to be submitted to Director of operations & GM Facility.
You are reporting to Director of operations parallel to GM-Facility
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
