Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled technical professional to provide end-user support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues in a desktop environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first and second-level technical assistance to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, peripherals, and software applications.
  • Troubleshoot Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other enterprise applications.
  • Respond to service requests and incidents via ticketing systems, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Perform routine maintenance and upgrades of desktop systems and software.
  • Assist in setting up and managing user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
  • Document technical issues and solutions for knowledge management purposes.
  • Collaborate with IT team members to support IT infrastructure projects and deployments.
  • Maintain compliance with company IT policies and security standards.
  • Provide training and guidance to end-users on IT best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are highly desirable.

Desired Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of Windows desktop environments.
  • Experience with Active Directory, network printers, and remote support tools.
  • Familiarity with endpoint security solutions and antivirus management.
  • Good understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
