Business Development Intern

We're seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as an intern in the founders' office.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys solving unstructured problems, and excels in cross-functional collaboration. As a generalist business role, you'll work closely with founders on initiatives that drive revenue growth, customer success, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Solve high-impact, cross-functional problems by bringing clarity, driving execution, and delivering outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Sales on initiatives to maximize revenue through funnel optimization, pricing/packaging strategies, and process improvements.
  • Work with Customer Success to drive critical KPIs like trial conversions, onboarding health, retention, and churn.
  • Drive revenue and capacity planning, ensuring resource alignment with team leads.
  • Design and maintain key business metrics and dashboards for informed decision-making.

Requirements:

  • You love all things business and sales, and aren't afraid to get your hands dirty to achieve results.
  • You can context-switch between domains (support → sales → CX) without losing depth.
  • You're comfortable with early-stage startup imperfections and can operate in a dynamic environment.
  • You possess extremely high agency and adaptability to drive progress.
