Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support various HR functions in our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR generalist roles and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluations, training, and offboarding.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations; develop and manage compensation strategies that foster talent retention and competitive salary structures.
  • Design and administer training programs that promote employee development; manage employee benefits to enhance satisfaction and engagement.
  • Uphold strict confidentiality and ethical standards in handling sensitive employee information.
  • Develop and maintain HR programs and policies, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Analyze HR data and generate reports that inform strategic decisions for workforce planning and management.
  • Offer guidance on HR policies, ensuring understanding and compliance at all organizational levels.
  • Serve as a communication bridge between employees and management, resolving workplace issues and fostering positive employee relations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing the full employee lifecycle.
  • Strong knowledge of statutory compliance and compensation management strategies.
  • Expertise in developing and administering training programs and managing employee benefits.
  • Minimum 8-12 years of experience in HR management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
