  • Team Liaison: Serve as the primary liaison between the Indian and U.S. teams, ensuring alignment on priorities, effective communication, and timely updates.
  • Project Scheduling: Develop and maintain detailed daily, weekly, and monthly project schedules; manage resources, identify dependencies, and monitor timelines.
  • Cost Management: Manage project budgets, track costs, and ensure resource optimization without compromising quality or compliance.
  • Risk Management: Identify and evaluate project risks, propose mitigation strategies, and resolve challenges proactively and constructively.
  • Process Improvement: Create, revise, and improve SOPs and workflows to boost efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Performance Tracking: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) including progress, costs, productivity, and quality metrics.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure regulatory compliance with GMP, FDA, HACCP, and FSSC 22000 standards, in collaboration with QA/QC teams.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate cross-functionally with production, quality, supply chain, maintenance, and leadership teams to align goals and ensure seamless execution.
