Key Role Overview

The organization is seeking a strategic leader to oversee its infrastructure operations. As Assistant Vice President-Infra, you will play a pivotal role in creating and implementing a comprehensive strategy for on-premise data center management and cloud deployments.

  • Develop a robust infrastructure strategy, integrating on-premise and cloud environments seamlessly.
  • Analyze existing infrastructure to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for optimization.
  • Procure software, hardware, and IT supplies, subject to senior management approval.
  • Oversee inventory management of software licenses, software, hardware, and other IT supplies.
  • Collaborate with senior management and peers to negotiate and gain acceptance for alternate approaches when necessary.
  • Lead outsourced teams in daily operations and activities, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Provide innovative solutions to complex business problems, leveraging in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives.
  • Perform live disaster recovery activities and regular drills to ensure business continuity.
  • Utilize expertise in server, storage, database, operating systems (Windows and Linux), and network administration to maintain high-performing infrastructure.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and manage production incidents effectively.
