Job Description:
As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for conducting outbound calls to prospective customers to explain insurance policies, benefits, and coverage.
You will also be expected to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators set by the company, build and maintain a database of potential leads and customer interactions, and provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns.
