We are seeking a seasoned Insurance Sales Professional to join our team at GEPL Capital. As an Insurance Business Development Director, you will be responsible for driving the sales of Life, Health, Motor, and Travel Insurance products through direct and indirect channels.

Main Responsibilities
  • Sales and Business Development: Develop and execute strategies for customer acquisition and retention, leveraging your expertise in business growth and relationship management.
  • POSP Recruitment and Management: Identify, recruit, and onboard new POSPs to expand the sales network, providing training, motivation, and ongoing support to ensure their productivity.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly business and POSP acquisition targets, monitoring and analyzing performance metrics to align with organizational goals.
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitor strategies, and new insurance products, providing insights to enhance product offerings and marketing strategies.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through personalized service and prompt resolution of queries.
Requirements
  • Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience in selling Life, Health, Motor, and Travel Insurance products.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and successfully onboard and manage POSPs.
  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, excellent problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in using CRM tools and sales reporting systems.
  • Qualification: A Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred), with certifications in insurance sales being an added advantage.
