About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Business Growth Director who can drive business growth through POSP - recruitment, training, and driving business. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing strategic sales plans to drive business growth.
  • Recruiting, training, and managing a high-performing sales team.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with local insurance company claims teams.
  • Identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 12-15 years of total sales experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of team management experience.
  • Excellent market understanding of General Insurance business.
  • Fluent in English and Hindi and local language.
  • Knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
