Insurance Business Development Manager

The successful candidate will support the sales team in developing the insurance business in assigned areas through strategic planning, training of advisors on products, processes, and policies, and liaisoning with insurance companies. They will also be involved in business opportunity presentations to bring new advisors into the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic planning for business development of insurance products
- Training of advisors on products, processes, and policies
- Relationship building with insurance companies and liaisoning for various activities
- Operational assistance to mapped branches for logins and issuance
- Business opportunity presentations to bring new advisors into the business
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 3-8 years experience in both life and non-life insurance selling
- Preferred candidate who has worked in B2B model or agency model
- Handled business partners and advisors
