Job Summary:

Anand Rathi Insurance Brokers Ltd is seeking an experienced Insurance Solutions Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in corporate sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our corporate client base. You will also be expected to build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, understand their insurance needs, and offer tailored solutions.

Main Responsibilities
  • Identify new business opportunities and upsell to existing corporate clients to meet sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients by understanding their insurance needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and concerns.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential corporate clients and market trends relevant to the insurance industry.
  • Create compelling insurance proposals tailored to the needs of corporate clients.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Sales Acumen: Strong sales skills, including prospecting, client engagement, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Communication and Influencing Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients, influence decisions, and build rapport.
  • Customer Focus: A client-centric approach to service and relationship management.
  • Strategic Thinking and Planning: Ability to think strategically, identify long-term business opportunities, and formulate effective strategies to achieve sales goals.
  • Prior experience in corporate sales, business development, or a similar role within the insurance industry is advantageous.
