**About the Role:**
We are seeking a seasoned HSE Manager to lead our team in developing and implementing a comprehensive HSE strategy. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with expertise in occupational safety and health to join our organization.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing HSE programs, with a focus on regulatory compliance, risk assessments, and emergency response planning. A bachelor's degree in occupational safety and health or a related field is required, along with at least 5+ years of experience in HSE management, preferably in the metal and mining industry.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement regulatory compliance plans to ensure adherence to relevant laws and regulations
- Conduct regular risk assessments and implement control measures to mitigate hazards and reduce risks
- Investigate and analyze incidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions
- Develop and maintain emergency response plans and conduct regular drills to ensure preparedness
- Develop and deliver HSE training programs to employees at all levels to promote a culture of safety and awareness
- Track and report on key HSE performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
