JLL empowers you to shape a brighter way Our people at JLL and JLL Technologies are shaping the future of real estate for a better world by combining world class services advisory and technology for our clients We are committed to hiring the best most talented people and empowering them to thrive grow meaningful careers and to find a place where they belong Whether you ve got deep experience in commercial real estate skilled trades or technology or you re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward Senior HSE Manager Position Overview The Senior HSE Cluster Manager is a critical leadership role responsible for ensuring comprehensive Health Safety and Environmental HSE excellence across multiple facilities and projects within their designated cluster This position reports directly to regional HSE leads and serves as the primary HSE champion driving performance standards compliance and continuous improvement initiatives in alignment with JLL s commitment to creating safe healthy and sustainable work environments Key Responsibilities HSE Performance Management Monitor evaluate and ensure HSE performance across all cluster facilities meets or exceeds JLL standards and regulatory requirements Develop and implement HSE Key Performance Indicators KPIs and metrics to track safety performance Conduct regular HSE audits inspections and assessments to identify risks and opportunities for improvement Lead incident investigation processes and ensure corrective actions are implemented effectively Maintain comprehensive HSE documentation and reporting systems Client HSE Requirements Management Serve as primary point of contact for client HSE requirements and expectations Develop and maintain client-specific HSE protocols and procedures Ensure seamless integration of client HSE standards with JLL operational practices Facilitate regular HSE performance reviews and reporting to clients Manage client HSE compliance documentation and certification processes Project HSE Coordination -
