Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced HSE Manager to lead health, safety, and environment deliverables across all phases of project engineering and design.

  • The successful candidate will have a strong background in Oil & Gas, EPC, Petrochemicals, or Fertilizers industries with 15-20 years of experience.
  • Formal HSE assessment methodologies including Quantitative Risk Assessment (QRA) are essential for this role.
  • Coordination and close-out of HAZID, HAZOP, SIL, and other safety studies is also required.
  • Fire protection system design, hydraulic calculations, and preparation of P&IDs must be done by the right candidate.
  • Detailed design and implementation of HSE deliverables across projects is a key responsibility.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading HSE deliverables across all phases of project engineering and design.
  • Ensuring compliance with project contracts, codes, regulations, and international safety standards is crucial.
  • Overseeing implementation of independent verification schemes for safety-critical elements is necessary.
  • Driving safety excellence to protect people, assets, and the environment in large-scale projects is key.

Qualifications & Knowledge:

  • A degree in Chemical Engineering from an accredited institution is required.
  • Proficiency in tools such as PHAST, PHA Works, PHA Pro, FlareSIM is necessary.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
