- To enhance our distribution footprint within assigned territories, the successful candidate will expand our network by forging new partnerships and nurturing existing relationships.
- Key to this role is effective dealer management, ensuring seamless communication and prompt resolution of any issues that may arise.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Securing orders from dealers in line with assigned targets, while maintaining a keen eye on sales performance and market trends.
- Timely collection of payments and reduction of outstanding balances.
- Ensuring timely dispatch of credit notes to dealers.
- Maintaining transparency in dealings with dealers through accurate account reconciliation.
- Identifying opportunities to expand our dealer network, thereby increasing revenue streams.
- Initiating field development initiatives, including installation of new signboards and engagement with local influencers such as architects, contractors, and housing societies.
- Briefing dealers on new product schemes and target offerings.
- Facilitating regular meetings with key stakeholders to drive business growth.
- Ensuring optimal visibility of our products at points of sale.
- Providing daily reports on CRM activity and tracking progress against set targets.
- Achieving desired weighted reach and numeric reach within assigned territories.
