Legal Advisor Position

We are seeking a skilled legal advisor to join our team. This role involves providing expert legal advice and support to clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting and reviewing legal documents, as well as providing legal opinions and representing clients in dispute resolution and negotiations.

  • Drafting Legal Documents: Prepare well-drafted documents such as contracts and pleadings.
  • Legal Advisory Services: Provide consistent and technically superior legal advice and solutions to clients.
  • Client Acquisition and Retention: Identify and acquire new clients through business development and retention strategies.
  • Dispute Management: Develop and implement strategies to avoid and manage disputes effectively.
  • Negotiations and Client Counselling: Represent clients in negotiations and provide expert client counselling services.
  • Data Collection and Analysis: Collect and analyze legal data to identify trends and insights.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Graduate in Law (LLB, LLM, BA.LLB, BBA.LLB, BCom.LLB, CS)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Strong relationship management and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment
