Job Title: Senior Associate Legal

This is a senior legal role within our organization, requiring a high level of experience and expertise in commercial contracts, transaction advisory, and due diligence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drafting, reviewing, and advising on commercial contracts;
  • Conducting legal due diligence for companies;
  • Providing transaction advisory services;
  • Advising start-ups in venture capital transactions and assisting with documentation for fund raising and transaction closure;
  • Structuring transactions, including cross-border acquisitions;
  • Drafting and negotiating transaction documents, such as share purchase agreements, shareholder agreements, and investment agreements;
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience in commercial law, contract drafting, and negotiation;
  • Strong understanding of laws applicable to an industry and ability to advise on compliance;
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure;
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with various stakeholders;
  • Bachelor's degree in Law or related field, with a Master's degree preferred;
