About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Legal Counsel to join our organization and play a key role in ensuring that our business operations are compliant with relevant laws and regulations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive legal support to various departments across the company, including advice on commercial, employment, intellectual property, data privacy, ethics, compliance, and generative artificial intelligence (GAI).

You will also be required to manage and oversee litigation and arbitration matters, draft and negotiate commercial agreements, and provide legal support and guidance on employment law matters.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual who can prioritize complex tasks, work under pressure, and maintain high standards of accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive legal support to various departments across the company.
  • Advise on commercial, employment, intellectual property, data privacy, ethics, compliance, and GAI matters.
  • Manage and oversee litigation and arbitration matters.
  • Draft and negotiate commercial agreements.
  • Provide legal support and guidance on employment law matters.
  • Maintain meticulous records and correspondence relating to litigation and compliance matters.
