As a Senior Legal Executive, you will be responsible for reviewing and negotiating contracts across various jurisdictions.

  • This includes customer and vendor contracts such as Master Services Agreements (MSAs), Data Processing Agreements (DPAs), order forms, Statements of Work (SOWs), marketing and event agreements, partner agreements, and related commercial contracts.

You will provide legal advice on contractual obligations and commercial terms, and attend customer and vendor negotiation calls with the team or independently.

The responsibilities also include handling data privacy matters, including legal research, drafting privacy-related clauses in various contracts, and staying current with global regulatory developments.

Key Requirements:
  • A law graduate with approximately 4-6 years of experience, including at least 3 years in the IT/software industry.
  • Strong expertise in redlining and negotiating IT/software industry-specific contracts.
  • In-depth knowledge of data privacy laws, including GDPR, and experience with related documentation is a must have.
  • Knowledge about SaaS contracts is an added advantage.
  • Experience with legal technology tools and AI-powered legal platforms is an advantage.
  • Understanding of legal aspects related to employment contracts and related matters in India is an added advantage.

This is a full-time position requiring five-day office presence.
