The role of an enterprise lawyer is pivotal in ensuring that our organization's contractual arrangements with vendors are robust and compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
- Manage all legal documentation across the company, guaranteeing sound agreements with counterparties.
- Collaborate in developing and implementing vendor management processes.
- Conduct thorough research and stay updated on pertinent laws and regulations.
- Source appropriate legal templates and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Support stakeholders by liaising with external vendors to negotiate agreements.
This position entails managing all aspects of the organisation's contractual arrangements with vendors, including related enterprise documentation. Key responsibilities include:

To excel in this role, candidates must possess:
- Experience in contract law and commercial law with a focus on vendor and enterprise agreements.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong research, analytical, and drafting skills.
- Business acumen.
- Qualifications: Qualified lawyer in a common law jurisdiction with 5-8 years of PQE.
