Job Role Overview

The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of standard operating procedures and be able to analyze and execute customer due diligence processes seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Examine and interpret documents related to Know Your Customer operations, capturing relevant information into designated applications.
  • Comply with all standardized processes and procedures, ensuring regulatory compliance at all times.
  • Provide clear and concise written communication in the English language, adhering to proper grammar and sentence structure.
Requirements & Eligibility Criteria:
  • 0-3 years of experience in banking BPO is highly desirable.
  • A university degree or equivalent in accounting and commerce from a recognized institution is required.
  • 1+ year(s) of experience using computer software, including Windows PC applications, keyboard navigation, and software tool learning.
  • Ability to work scheduled shifts, including weekends.
  • Effective communication skills (oral/written).
