About the RoleAs a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service and driving business growth through strategic relationships and cross-selling initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Acquisition: Collaborate with senior leaders to execute successful micro-events for new client acquisition and acquire new accounts from group companies, family referrals, and existing customers.
- Relationship Building / Deepening / Cross Sell: Foster consistent growth of Savings portfolios, work closely with senior leaders to establish synergies for Investment & Insurance sales, build momentum on third-party distribution, and ensure Risk Profiling for each customer.
- Retention: Provide top-class service delivery to clients, monitor high-net-worth accounts, re-activate stopped or depleted accounts, and assist in resolving service hurdles.
- Risk Management & Governance: Ensure adherence to Know Your Customer policy, Anti-Money Laundering Policy, Mis-selling Policy, and other compliance norms.
- Experience in servicing or sourcing clients with 20 lacs+ relationships.
- Background in Banking, Premium club membership, or High End Credit card sales.
- Excellent communication skills in English and well-groomed appearance.
- Graduation degree and minimum 6-12 years of relevant experience.
