Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Private Banking Relationship Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about building strong relationships with clients and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To enhance business development as per the set objectives of the organization, ensuring quality service to customers through wealth management techniques.
  • Meet targets given at an absolute level
  • Ensure banking targets are met with a focus on defined income objectives
  • Penetrate all relevant products into the base
  • Achieve minimum objectives of Rs 1,, per customer from % of the self-base for RM and self & team level for Senior RM
  • Maintain minimum objective % growth in AUM for self-base for RM and self & team level for Senior RM
  • FoCuS On ClIeNt SiGn-On ObJecTiVeS As DeFiNeD By RH/BH, InClUdInG NeW tO bAnK cLiEnTs
  • Convert existing bank clients to eligible managed clients
  • Ensure Quality of Customer Interactions is updated in CRM system as per desk requirement
  • Adhere to Desk policy of Client Contact Management and Personal Meetings, updating CRM within prescribed timelines
  • DeliVer BeNdAmKeDe MiNiMuM LeVeLs Of DeLiVeRy On PrOdUcTs ArRoUnD cUsToMeR nEeDs
  • Obtain customer feedback on solutions provided by RM on customer requirements
  • Stay updated on functional and industry knowledge
  • Set positive examples, guide staff members through new tasks, build rapport with others
  • Possess strong knowledge in equity and related areas
