Senior Bank Operations Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Bank Operations Specialist to join our team.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are looking to start their career in the international banking industry. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team, gain valuable experience, and develop their skills in customer account management.
The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously is essential.
In this role, you will be responsible for updating and maintaining customer account information in client applications, managing branch requests, and maintaining relationships with customers and prospects. You will also be required to respond promptly to ad-hoc requests and escalations, and complete daily work inflow from commercial bankers, bank customers, and prospects on time.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a basic knowledge of mutual funds and be able to meet requirements with limited training. You will also need to be willing to work night shifts (6PM IST to 6AM IST) with no rotational or day shifts.
Requirements:Essential Qualifications:
- A graduate degree in any field.
- 0-6 months of work experience in the international banking industry.
- General awareness of international banking products and services.
- Willingness to work night shifts (6PM IST to 6AM IST) with no rotational or day shifts.
