Job Opportunity

As a seasoned professional, we are seeking an individual to take on the role of Assistant Vice President in our organization. This position will play a pivotal part in shaping the future of banking operations by providing day-to-day support to various business areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support multiple business areas with initiatives including processing, reviewing, reporting, trading, and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with teams across the bank to align and integrate operational processes.
  • Identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations in operational processes.
  • Develop and implement operational procedures and controls to mitigate risks and maintain operational efficiency.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on operational performance and communicate findings to internal senior stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong experience in mortgage, commercial, and retail mortgage investment banking settlements.
  • Effective team handling skills, including managing managers.
  • Understanding of Risk and control is essential.
  • Reconciliation, Six Sigma can be beneficial as additional skills.
  • Credit data analytics expertise.
