Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Digital Banking Officer to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate should have experience in backend banking operations, CASA (Current Account Savings Account) sales, and office-based work. Proficiency in multiple languages is an added advantage to support diverse customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle digital banking processes and ensure smooth backend operations.
- Drive CASA acquisition and cross-sell digital banking products.
- Support customers with onboarding, account maintenance, and digital services.
- Coordinate with internal teams for operational requirements and issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and compliance with banking policies.
- Communicate effectively with customers in multiple languages to build strong relationships.
- Contribute to branch/office-based banking initiatives and sales campaigns.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in backend officer roles, CASA sales, or digital banking operations.
- Strong knowledge of banking products, digital channels, and operational workflows.
- Excellent communication skills; proficiency in English, Tamil, and other regional languages is mandatory.
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to handle customer queries effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and banking software systems.
- Female candidates are encouraged to apply.
