
Collections Expert: Drive Growth and Results

The primary objective of this role is to achieve collection targets while maintaining a strong working relationship with internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:- Manage the collection portfolio of assigned branches and drive results through targeted collections.
- Work closely with sales teams to enhance first 3 months' collection, monitor new accounts, and ensure timely resolution of GST/billing and customer queries.
- Maintain a high level of collection follow-up with customers, driving growth through proactive engagement.
- Ensure adherence to company policy regarding Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).
- Identify root causes for non-payments, communicate issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Visit customers with outstanding balances over 150 days to resolve disputes.
- Conduct thorough account ledger scrutiny and customer reconciliations.
- Regularly review accounts to minimize unapplied cash.
- Graduate in any field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B collections.
