Workday Compensation Consultant Role

This role involves working with customers to define requirements, develop, and deploy solutions in the Workday system. The ideal candidate will have expertise in compensation and advanced compensation design, configuration, testing, and deployment.

About the Job

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a Workday expert with knowledge of compensation concepts and processes.
  • Independently manage multiple projects in various phases.
  • Conduct sessions with customers to analyze business requirements and provide recommendations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
  • Active Workday certification in Compensation and/or Advanced Compensation.
  • Hands-on experience in compensation implementation or support.
  • Detailed understanding of compensation concepts and processes.
  • Strong consulting and presentation skills.
  • Experience in gathering business requirements, designing, and implementing solutions under multiple deadlines.
