Compensation Specialist

We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic expert to support the implementation of our end-to-end Total Rewards strategy.

About the Role:
  • Design and develop compensation structures and policies aligned with business goals, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Manage salary increment planning, bonus programs, and budgeting, analyzing trends and recommending solutions.
  • Perform benchmarking, analyze compensation data, and provide actionable insights.
  • Ensure effective implementation of compensation strategies, driving engagement and retention.
Requirements:
  • 13-14 years of HR experience, with at least 10 years in core India-based Compensation Benefits, including advanced Excel expertise.
  • Hands-on experience with data analytics, reporting, and insurance, as well as familiarity with PF, gratuity, statutory bonus, and CTC structuring.
  • Experience in large service-based organizations with 1000+ headcount preferred, with a strong background in compensation strategy and management.
