We are seeking an experienced compensation strategist to lead full-cycle implementations of incentive compensation solutions. In this client-facing role, you will collaborate directly with stakeholders, mentor junior team members, and drive business outcomes.
About the Role
This is a high-impact position that requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for building strategic relationships. As an expert compensation strategist, you will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions that drive revenue growth and profitability.
- Lead discovery sessions to define business requirements and develop implementation roadmaps.
- Configure and deploy Xactly Incent, Connect, and Analytics solutions based on client needs.
- Manage end-to-end implementation lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Develop and execute data mapping, transformation, and integration processes.
- Create and run test cases, providing post-go-live support and guidance.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal training programs.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 4-6 years of hands-on experience with Xactly Incent, Connect, and Analytics.
- Strong understanding of sales operations, incentive plans, and quota design principles.
- Client-facing experience with a focus on project delivery and stakeholder engagement.
- Proficiency in SQL and ETL/data transformation knowledge.
- Excellent analytical mindset and communication skills.
