Job Role: Compensation Management Expert
We are seeking a seasoned professional with expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation solutions to lead our compensation management efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand their compensation requirements and implement tailored solutions.
- Configure and deploy SAP SuccessFactors Compensation modules according to client specifications.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions to demonstrate system functionalities and ensure seamless adoption.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for system-related issues related to compensation features.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations regarding compensation processes.
- Work with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data to inform strategic compensation decisions.
Requirements
- 6-12 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation module configuration and implementation.
- Strong understanding of compensation management processes, best practices, and industry trends.
- Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors configuration, implementation, and administration.
- Experience in conducting client workshops, training, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Ability to analyze data and generate reports related to compensation metrics and key performance indicators.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders.
- Knowledge of HR processes and systems integration.
