
Strategic Business Development Manager

We are seeking a strategic Business Development Manager to drive growth initiatives, build partnerships, and execute go-to-market plans.
The ideal candidate will have experience in strategy, consulting, or startup leadership roles, with a strong understanding of global B2B markets and SaaS businesses.
About the Role:
- Conceptualize, execute, and scale new business verticals across global markets.
- Drive business strategy, market research, and competitor benchmarking for international expansion.
- Build and manage strategic partnerships with global enterprises, distributors, and channel partners.
- Oversee execution of go-to-market plans, sales funnels, and B2B customer acquisition.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth initiatives.
- Manage investor updates, business reporting, and support fundraising initiatives as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in strategy, consulting, B2B sales, or startup leadership roles.
- Graduate from IIMs, IITs, ISB, or other Tier-1 MBA/engineering colleges preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (experience in pitching to clients/investors is a plus).
- Prior experience in a high-growth startup, accelerator, or VC-backed company is highly desirable.
