Brand Strategy and Communications Specialist

This role is a key position in shaping the brand's legacy by developing its identity, voice, and global presence.

  • Job Description: Oversee the strategic development of the brand's luxury image, combining brand management with high-level communications and PR strategy to maintain prestige and cultivate meaningful connections across media, influencers, and cultural spheres.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  1. Define and refine the brand's core identity, values, and positioning within the luxury landscape.
  2. Translate creative vision into long-term brand narratives and seasonal storytelling.
  3. Ensure a seamless connection between product and market relevance.
  4. Develop a consistent, elegant brand voice across all platforms and content.
  5. Craft messaging frameworks for product launches, collaborations, and milestone brand moments.
  6. Manage fashion week presence, look book distribution, and global PR outreach strategies.
  7. Cultivate relationships with high-impact personalities, cultural tastemakers, and luxury influencers.
  8. Conceptualize and execute press previews, trunk shows, brand dinners, and high-touch client events.
  9. Position the brand's leadership as voices of authority in fashion, culture, and sustainability.
  10. Monitor brand equity, media coverage, and campaign performance using qualitative and quantitative tools.

This specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure brand integrity across all channels and align internal teams around brand priorities, campaign rollouts, and press strategies. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of the luxury market, and the ability to think strategically.
