We are seeking an exceptional leader to spearhead our brand presence and drive client engagement across digital and physical channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and execute a comprehensive brand strategy that reflects our luxury positioning and medical credibility.
  • Elevate consistent brand voice, visuals, and tone across all platforms.
  • Oversee creative direction for photoshoots, campaigns, and branded content aligned with luxury aesthetics.
  • Manage the digital marketing funnel – including SEO/SEM, paid media, retargeting, and email marketing.
  • Oversight of website content, UX/UI optimization, and conversion tracking.
  • Monitor performance analytics and KPIs to optimize campaigns and ROI.
  • Develop and implement content calendars and campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
  • Lead influencer collaborations, paid partnerships, and community engagement efforts to grow a loyal following.
  • Diversify lead generation campaigns to attract high-net-worth individuals and retain VIP clientele.
  • Collaborate with front desk and CRM systems to build client journeys and nurture touchpoints.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
  • 7+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within luxury, beauty, healthcare, or lifestyle industries.
  • Proven portfolio of successful brand campaigns and digital growth initiatives.
  • In-depth understanding of luxury consumer behavior and high standards in aesthetics and service.
  • Expertise in digital tools (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Klaviyo/Mailchimp, GA4, etc.).
  • Superb communication, leadership, and project management skills.
