Lead Business Manager

Job Summary:

  • Take ownership of managing performance for Managing Partners & Agent Partners to drive growth and excellence.
  • Maintain a self-improvement plan to lead by example and have adequate control over your team.
  • Continuously network to source high-quality Agents from the market.
  • Ensure Agent Partners and health agents' income in your location exceed industry benchmarks.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Coach Managing Partners and Agent Partners on business skills and career development strategies.
  2. Connect with underperforming Agent Partners to re-activate them and support their growth.
  3. Collaborate closely with the training team to organize regulatory and skill-building programs.
  4. Promote career opportunities among health agents in your branch.
  5. Owning the Agent Partner induction and development program.
  6. Coordinate and participate in digital, outdoor promotional events and seminars on recruitment, awareness, customer engagement, and priority services.
  7. Grow representation of advisors and Agent Partners from your location at Conventions, Clubs, and R&R events.
  8. E nsure desired policy renewals for your branch.
  9. Maintain Loss Ratio within acceptable parameters for your branch/location.
  10. Handle first-level claim and service issues.
  11. Address and escalate compliance matters.
  12. Responsible for the Profit & Loss statement of your branch.

Essential Skills:

  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal communication and written communication abilities.
