About the Role:

This is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing the operational activities of the organization. The incumbent will be expected to lead and inspire a team, ensuring a supportive work environment conducive to growth and productivity.

Foster a culture of communication, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Provide coaching and mentorship to staff, promoting professional development and employee engagement. Implement strategies to optimize workflow and achieve operational goals.

Monitor performance metrics and take proactive steps to address challenges and improve outcomes. Uphold high standards of customer service, addressing customer needs and feedback promptly and effectively. Plan and execute promotional activities and events to attract new customers and retain existing ones.

Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Inventory Management: Ensure adequate inventory levels in the department.
  • Departmental Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of cleaning and housekeeping.
  • Attendance and Availability: Monitor attendance and availability of technicians and other departmental staff.
  • Backup Arrangements: Coordinate backup arrangements for absent employees.
  • Turnaround Time (TAT) Management: Monitor TAT and identify reasons for deviations.
  • Urgent Reports: Follow up on urgent reports to be released.
  • Grievance Handling: Handle departmental grievances for patients, technicians, and machine breakdowns.
