Job Description

As a senior team leader, you will be responsible for overseeing and guiding a team to create a productive work environment that fosters growth and collaboration.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and inspiring a team to achieve operational goals
  • Implementing strategies to optimize workflow and improve outcomes
  • Maintaining high standards of customer service and addressing customer needs promptly

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and qualifications:

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Inventory management: ensuring adequate inventory levels in the department
  • Departmental record-keeping: maintaining accurate records of cleaning and housekeeping schedules
  • Attendance tracking: monitoring attendance and availability of staff in the department
  • Team management: coordinating with ops manager for backup support in case of absenteeism
  • Quality control: monitoring actual turnaround time (TAT) of each test and identifying reasons for deviations
  • Grievance handling: addressing departmental grievances for patients, staff, and machine breakdowns
