Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned leader to manage our technical teams. As a Mechanical Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of engineers and technicians, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate technical teams to achieve exceptional results
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation and timelines
  • Maintain liaison with other departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication
  • Act independently on technical matters, making informed decisions that drive business growth
  • Manage group of engineers and/or technicians, coordinating activities of the unit

Requirements:

  • Extensive progressive experience in mechanical management or related field
  • Multi-disciplinary knowledge of engineering principles and practices
  • Strong leadership and people skills, with ability to motivate and guide teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision, with autonomy to make key decisions
