Job Description

The primary objective of this role is to provide exceptional support and ensure the optimal utilization of our solutions by clients.

This position requires a unique blend of strong communication, technical problem-solving, and customer relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely and professional responses.
  • Manage onboarding and training sessions to facilitate smooth adoption of our platforms.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to our solutions, coordinating with technical teams as necessary.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in client support, technical support, or customer success, preferably in SaaS, AI, or enterprise technology.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise software and ability to learn technical details quickly.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM, ticketing, or support platforms (e.g. Zendesk, Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts in a fast-paced environment.
