
Key Strategic Accounts Professional

At our organization, we are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Key Strategic Accounts Professional to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving business growth through effective management of existing relationships with major clients and forging new connections.
Your primary responsibilities will include developing and executing strategic plans to enhance client satisfaction, increase revenue, and expand our market presence. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes that drive results.
To be successful in this role, you must have a strong understanding of the Indian financial services ecosystem and prior experience working with banks and NBFCs. Your expertise in business strategy and transformation, customer experience, digital transformation, lending, loan origination, and collections is essential. Additionally, you should possess excellent leadership and project management skills, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
