We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Strategic Account Growth Professional.
About the Role
- This is a full-time on-site position where you will be responsible for managing key accounts and developing strategic relationships with clients.
- You will work closely with our sales and customer service teams to identify new business opportunities and provide exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement account plans to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, including meetings, calls, and emails.
- Provide regular updates to management on account performance and progress towards goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in account management or a related field.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding client bases.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other productivity tools.
