Key Account Manager

Job Summary:

A Key Account Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in account management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing client base and develop strategic plans to drive revenue growth

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies and plans

  • Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity

Requirements:

The successful Key Account Manager will possess:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in account management or a related field

  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and expanding client relationships

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and results-oriented approach

  • Knowledge of industry trends and developments, with the ability to stay up-to-date on changing market conditions

  • Post-graduate degree in a relevant field (e.g., MBA)
