
Ecommerce Key Account Professional

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing multiple key accounts, with a focus on driving revenue growth and expanding our market share.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic account plans, negotiating contracts, and building strong relationships with our clients. They will also analyze sales and financial performance data, identify areas for improvement, and implement initiatives to drive business growth.
In addition to their technical skills and experience, the ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Bachelor's or master's degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline
* 4-6 years' experience in e-commerce account management with direct P&L responsibility
* Proven track record of relationship management, contract negotiation, and sales growth
* Expertise in data analysis, sales strategy, CRM platforms, and marketplace operations
* Strong communication skills; collaborative mindset
