We are seeking an experienced Helpdesk Technician/Engineer to support the wider business with reporting, testing, maintenance of software, and implementing IT systems and applications.
Responsibilities include administering and supporting various systems such as Windows Server and Linux O/S.
The successful candidate will ensure all tickets worked on include problem, solution, end user, initiation, and completion time, and end user satisfaction.
- Support the wider business by providing exceptional technical support.
- Administer and support various systems including Windows Server and Linux OS.
- Ensure accurate and timely issue resolution.
- Maintain systems and processes within IT.
- Assist the Helpdesk function of the wider group.
- Previous experience in a helpdesk role.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication skills, and phone etiquette.
- Enthusiasm for helping others and delivering excellent customer service.
- Excellent English speaking skills.
- Windows Server (all versions).
- Microsoft Exchange.
- Linux OS.
- Remote Support.
- Experience with SQL.
- Good understanding of Networks (DHCP, DNS, etc).
- Fortinet experience desirable but not necessary.
