Microsoft Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Technical Support Specialist. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in ensuring they have a smooth and satisfying experience with our products.
- Mandatory Requirements:
- A strong background in Microsoft product support and Windows technical support is essential.
- The ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, is required.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to speak and chat in English, are necessary.
As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing post-installation technical support for Microsoft products, including Windows and M365. You will assist customers with subscription management, payment issues, refunds, and token redemption. Additionally, you will diagnose and resolve software issues and device network/connectivity problems.
Key Responsibilities:- Technical Assistance: Provide high-quality technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, and connectivity.
- Account Management: Assist customers with account-related inquiries, including subscription management and payment issues.
- Product Guidance: Help customers understand the features and benefits of Microsoft products.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Prior experience in technical support or customer service is essential.
- Familiarity with Microsoft products and services.
- Certifications, such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals or M365 Fundamentals, are a plus.
