About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to drive our revenue engine as a Senior Executive Programs Manager. This role is a steppingstone to unlocking business leadership roles in your career. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering performance analysis and recommendations for business leaders, defining and monitoring marketing and outreach KPIs and goals, and owning the P&L for a segment of programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver performance analysis and recommendations for business leaders
  • Define and monitor marketing and outreach KPIs and goals for the team
  • Own P&L for a segment of programs
  • Support team-wide prioritization and planning through impact tracking, opportunity sizing, and goal setting
  • Interact regularly with stakeholders across outreach, product, marketing, and business teams
Skills and Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in a variety of strategic, analytical, and operational roles
  • Strong business acumen and well-skilled in Excel with the ability to translate quantitative data into actionable business insights and recommendations
  • Data fluency: experience manipulating and extracting insights from datasets, and using data to make recommendations and decisions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
