About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional Talent Acquisition Specialist who will be responsible for sourcing profiles for open roles within our organisation and collaborating with the recruitment team to manage our hiring pipeline. This role requires finding talented and ambitious individuals who share our passion for innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to build talent pipelines and source candidates through various channels, including referrals and social media.
- Foster relationships with recruiters and hiring managers to optimize sourcing efforts and leverage data-driven insights.
- Utilize our Applicant Tracking System to store talent pools of suitable candidates.
- Implement modern recruiting methods to stay ahead in the industry.
Necessary Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to build and analyze reports.
- Strong candidate interviewing skills.
- Understanding of recruitment processes and systems.
- Process-oriented with a commitment to defining, documenting, and following processes and workflows.
Experience and Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's degree with 3-6 years of experience in recruitment for technology businesses.
- Hands-on experience in sourcing from various channels (job portals, social media, employee referrals).
- Experience in candidate assessment and management.
